Looking for a Telegram Visa card? Vizovcc is not affiliated with Telegram, but our prepaid virtual Visa can be used as a payment card for Telegram Premium and Telegram Stars where the platform accepts it. You fund it from your crypto balance, and the card number, expiry date and CVV appear in your dashboard once the card is ready.
This page covers who the card suits, how to buy it, how to add it where Telegram takes payment, and what to do if a payment does not go through.
Who this Telegram Visa card is for
It suits people who want Telegram Premium or a pack of Stars but would rather not use their main bank card for it. It also fits anyone who prefers to fund online spending with crypto, since your Vizovcc balance is topped up with Bitcoin, USDT and other coins.
Because the card is prepaid, you can only spend what is loaded onto it. That makes it an easy way to keep a Telegram subscription apart from your everyday accounts.
How to buy and use a payment card for Telegram
- Create an account. Sign up on Vizovcc and log in to your dashboard.
- Add balance. Make a crypto deposit with Bitcoin, USDT or another supported coin. It is credited to your account balance.
- Buy the card. Open the Visa Virtual Universal card page and buy it from your balance. Each card has a fixed price: part of it is our card issue charge, and the rest is loaded onto the card as balance for your online spending.
- Get the card details. Your dashboard shows the card number, expiry date and CVV when the card is ready. Depending on the card, that is right after purchase or once our team has prepared it.
- Add it where you pay. Purchases inside the Telegram app on iPhone or Android go through Apple or Google, so add the card as a payment method in your Apple account or Google Play. Where Telegram offers card payment on the web, enter the card details at checkout instead.
- Complete the purchase. Choose a Telegram Premium plan or a Stars package and confirm the payment.
Tips for paying for Telegram Premium and Stars
- Check the balance first. The card balance needs to cover the full price shown at checkout, including any local tax. Store prices can differ from one country to another.
- Leave a small margin. If the store charges in a currency other than the card's own, the final amount can shift slightly with the exchange rate.
- Enter accurate billing details. When Apple, Google or Telegram asks for a billing name and address, fill them in fully and correctly. Incomplete details are a common reason for a decline.
- Plan for renewals. Telegram Premium bought through a store renews automatically until you cancel it. Keep enough balance on the card for the next renewal, or turn off auto-renew in your store subscription settings.
- Pause it after you subscribe. Once Premium is active, you can freeze the card from your dashboard. Unfreeze it before the renewal date so the charge can go through.
- Keep the details private. Only enter the card number and CVV in the official Apple, Google or Telegram payment screens.

What to do if a payment is declined
Any platform can decline a prepaid card, and Apple, Google and Telegram each run their own checks. Often the cause is something you can check yourself:
- Make sure the card is not frozen in your dashboard and that its balance covers the full amount.
- Check that the card number, expiry date and CVV match exactly what your dashboard shows.
- Confirm that the billing details you entered are complete and correct.
- Avoid retrying many times in a row, as repeated attempts can lead a store to pause further tries for a while.
- If the payment still fails, contact our team through live chat on the site, or on WhatsApp, Telegram or email from our Contact page. Tell us the platform, the date and time, and the exact error message so we can check the card's side of the transaction.
Our support team can look into the card and its transactions, but the final decision on accepting a payment rests with Apple, Google or Telegram. If a platform keeps declining the card, it may not accept prepaid cards for that purchase, and our team can tell you what we see on the card's side.
