Vizovcc's Claude payment card is a prepaid virtual card bought from a crypto-funded balance. If you were looking for a Claude credit card, note that this card is prepaid, not a credit line: you can spend only what is loaded on it. You enter it in Claude's billing settings to pay for a Claude plan, or on the Billing page of the Claude Console to buy Anthropic API credits. Your Claude spending gets its own card number and balance, separate from your bank account and other services.
The card we recommend for this is the Claude AI Reloadable Card. Its page shows the current price and how the card is delivered. For other uses, you can browse all cards.
Who the Claude payment card suits
- Crypto holders who use Claude. Turn Bitcoin, USDT or another supported coin into card details for your Claude subscription.
- People who would rather not link a bank card. A separate card with a set balance keeps your main account out of a recurring AI charge.
- Developers on the Claude API. A card kept only for Console credits makes API spending easy to see and to keep within a budget.
- Small teams. One card for a Team plan keeps seat billing in one place, away from anyone's personal subscription.
Which Claude plans you can pay for, and where the card goes
Anthropic sells paid Claude plans called Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Prices change, and Anthropic adds tax on top based on your billing address, so look at the Claude pricing page for current amounts before you choose a card.
Claude Pro and Max on the web
When you subscribe on the Claude website, the card goes in Settings > Billing. To move an existing plan onto your new card, click Update next to the payment method, and the new card becomes the default. Anthropic says web subscriptions are paid by credit or debit card. Its help pages do not say whether prepaid or virtual cards are accepted for Pro and Max, so acceptance is Anthropic's decision and can vary.
Claude Team plans
A Team plan covers from 2 to 150 seats. Anthropic's Team billing help lists credit, debit and prepaid cards as accepted payment methods, and says ACH bank transfers are not. An organization Owner adds or changes the card under Organization settings > Billing.
Subscriptions started in the iOS or Android app
A subscription started in the Claude mobile app is charged through your Apple or Google account, and you change or cancel it in that store's subscription settings, not on Claude's billing page. To pay Claude directly with your Vizovcc card, start the subscription on the Claude website.
Paying for Anthropic API credits
The Claude API is billed separately from the Claude apps. If you want an Anthropic API billing card, use one that pays for nothing else, so Console charges are easy to follow. In the Claude Console, usage is paid for with prepaid credits: you add credits to your organization's balance and give card details when you buy them. You can change the card later in the Update payment method window. Some organizations are invoiced monthly for past usage instead.
Three points from Anthropic's billing help matter before you load a card:
- Auto-reload. If you switch it on, the Console buys more credits by itself whenever your balance falls below a threshold you pick, and each purchase is charged to your card. If your balance is already at or below that threshold when you switch it on, the card is charged straight away.
- Credit purchases are final. Anthropic states that all credit purchases are non-refundable.
- Credits expire. They lapse one year after the purchase date, so buy amounts you expect to use.
Anthropic's help also says it does not accept third-party payment services such as PayPal or Venmo, so plan to pay by card.
How to buy the card and add it to Claude
- Check that Claude is offered where you are. Find your country on Anthropic's supported list (linked at the end of this page) before you spend anything.
- Open a Vizovcc account and sign in to your dashboard.
- Fund your balance with a crypto deposit in Bitcoin, USDT or another coin we support.
- Buy the card. On the Claude AI Reloadable Card page, pay from your balance. The price includes our card issue charge, and what is left is loaded onto the card for spending. Make sure that amount covers your plan or credits plus any tax.
- Wait for the card details. The number, expiry date and CVV show up in your dashboard when the card is ready. Some cards are ready as soon as the order completes, and others are set up by our team after you buy.
- Add it in Claude. For a plan, open Settings > Billing on the Claude website. For the API, enter it when you buy credits in the Console. Type the details exactly as your dashboard shows them.
- Finish any confirmation step. Some card payments ask for an extra check, such as a one-time code (3D Secure). If one appears and you cannot complete it, stop and contact us instead of trying again.
If Claude declines the payment
Anthropic says it does not receive detailed reasons from card issuers, so the message in Claude often will not explain a failed payment. The causes it lists include a billing address or card-issuing country outside its supported list, details that do not match the issuer's records, an unfinished 3D Secure step, a payment method it does not take, too little money on the card, a short network problem, or a decision by the issuer itself.
Before a second attempt:
- Open your dashboard and check that the card is active, not frozen, and holds enough for the charge with tax added.
- Go through what you typed in Claude field by field, especially the expiry date and CVV.
- Leave some time before trying again. A run of failed payments in a short period can get a card blocked.
If it still fails, message us through live chat on the site, or on WhatsApp, Telegram or email from our Contact page. Include the card you bought, whether you were paying for a plan or API credits, and the exact wording of the error. We cannot overturn Anthropic's decision, but we can check the card on our side.
Tips for renewals, cancelling and refunds
- Give each Claude bill its own card. One card for your plan and another for API credits stops renewals and auto-reloads from competing for the same balance.
- Plan ahead for renewals. Claude plans renew automatically. A few days before the renewal date, check that the card balance covers the charge plus tax. If it will not, ask our support about your options before that date.
- Cancel in Claude first. On the web, go to Settings > Billing and choose Cancel. In the mobile app, open Billing and then Manage subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Anthropic advises doing it at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
- Freeze the card once you have cancelled. Claude's billing settings have no option to remove a saved card, though Anthropic says its support can remove one fully on request. After cancelling, freeze the card in your dashboard, and unfreeze it if you come back.
- Know the refund rules. Anthropic's refund help says plan payments are not refunded, apart from cases covered by its Consumer Terms of Service or required by law. Requests go through Get help in Claude, under Claude Refund Request. For subscriptions bought through the App Store, only Apple handles refunds.
- Add a VAT ID before you pay, if you need one. Add it in Claude's billing settings or on the Console's Organization page. It does not change invoices already issued.
Where Claude is available
Claude is offered only in the countries and regions Anthropic supports, and any place missing from its list counts as unsupported. New accounts also need phone verification with a number from a supported location. A Vizovcc card does not change where Claude is available or who may use it. Check Anthropic's list of supported countries before you buy, and follow Anthropic's terms whenever you use Claude. Whether a given card is accepted is decided by Anthropic and its payment processor, and that can change over time.
Claude is a product of Anthropic. Vizovcc is not affiliated with Anthropic.
