Turkish Virtual Credit Card: Instant Issue for Foreigners

If your foreign card just got declined trying to subscribe to YouTube Premium at the Turkish price, you are not running into a bug. You are running into the BIN check.

Every payment on a Turkish platform — YouTube Premium Turkey, Spotify Turkey, Netflix Turkey, Trendyol, Getir, Yemeksepeti — gets screened by the first six digits of your card number. Those six digits are the Bank Identification Number (BIN), and they tell the merchant which country and which bank issued the card. Anything that does not start with a Turkish prefix gets rejected at the payment gateway, often without a clear error message.

We built our Turkish virtual credit card specifically to pass that check. Vizovcc issues cards through a regulated Turkish bank partner with BIN 412199 — the same prefix structure used by domestic Turkish cards from banks like Garanti BBVA. Cards are delivered in under five minutes, funded with crypto, and require no Turkish ID, no residency proof, and no KYC.

This guide tells you exactly which Turkish use cases work flawlessly, which have caveats, and what the savings actually look like in real numbers.

Bonus: Non-Turkish users are not required to provide a TCKN (Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Kimlik Numarası / Turkish Identification Number). Available BIN: 412199.

Our Turkish Prepaid Card Options

The difference between the Turkish Mastercard and the Lira Currency Card lies only in the BIN (Bank Identification Number). Both cards are issued by a Turkish bank and function in the same way.

Which Turkish Card Is Right for You

We issue two variants, and the right one depends on what you are paying for.

Pick the Lira Currency Card (Visa, BIN 412199) for: YouTube Premium Turkey · Spotify Turkey · Netflix Turkey · Disney+ Turkey · Apple subscriptions through Turkish App Store · Trendyol shopping · Getir / Yemeksepeti orders · Play Sultan top-ups and other Turkish gaming credit purchases.

Pick the Turkish Mastercard for: Meta Ads campaigns targeting Turkey · Google Ads Turkish accounts · Larger Hepsiburada purchases · Pegasus and Turkish Airlines bookings · B2B SaaS subscriptions billed by Turkish-registered businesses.

Both cards function identically at the BIN-check level. The Visa version tends to have stronger acceptance on streaming and consumer apps; the Mastercard performs slightly better on B2B and ad platforms. If unsure, the Lira Currency Card is the right default — it covers the most common use cases.

The Lira Currency Card and Turkish Mastercard work both as a virtual credit card and as a virtual debit card depending on how you use them — both draw from your preloaded balance like a debit card, both work at any merchant accepting Visa or Mastercard like a credit card.

What Actually Works in 2026 — The Honest Hierarchy

We see success rates daily across thousands of customer transactions. Here is the honest truth about which Turkish use cases are reliable and which have caveats.

Works flawlessly, every time

These are the use cases where our Turkish card succeeds on the first attempt for the overwhelming majority of users:

YouTube Premium Turkey at 79.99 TRY/month (~$1.70 USD) for the individual plan, 49.99 TRY/month for Premium Lite (Source: ScreenApp, 2026)

Spotify Turkey at 49.99 TRY/month for individual plans

Netflix Turkey Standard tier at significantly reduced rates compared to Western markets

Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11 — Turkish e-commerce checkouts including Taksit instalment plans

Getir, Yemeksepeti, BiTaksi — Turkish quick-commerce and ride-hailing apps

Pegasus Airlines, Turkish Airlines for TRY-priced bookings

Disney+ Turkey at the Turkish regional rate

Play Sultan virtual Turkish card top-up and other Turkish gaming credit platforms

Works, but with one important caveat

These use cases work, but you should know the catch before you buy:

YouTube Premium from Iran or other restricted countries. Our card works, but YouTube tightened regional matching in late 2025. Success rate is highest when paired with a Turkish Google account and a VPN connected to Turkey during signup. After signup, you do not need to keep the VPN active.

Apple subscriptions via Turkish App Store. Works perfectly when you have a Turkish Apple ID. Setting up the Apple ID takes longer than getting our card — that is the gating factor, not the payment.

Steam Turkey region change. The card pays successfully, but worth knowing: in November 2023 Valve switched Turkey from Lira pricing to USD pricing under the new MENA-USD region (Source: SteamDB, 2023).

Turkey is no longer the cheapest Steam region for most games — Ukraine and Pakistan now undercut it for the majority of titles (Source: CompareGamePrices, 2026).

Steam still applies regional discounts of around 25–35% off US pricing on many AAA titles, so savings exist but are smaller than they were before 2023.

Variable success, contact us first

We are honest about what does not always work:

Some Turkish bank-to-bank transfers that require Troy network compatibility (Turkey's domestic card scheme)

Government payment portals that require ID verification matching the cardholder name

Large B2B suppliers running internal BIN whitelists that exclude prepaid card ranges

What the Savings Actually Look Like

The math on Turkish regional pricing is what brings most users to us. Here are the real numbers.

YouTube Premium

Turkey: 79.99 TRY/month (~$1.70 USD)
United States: $13.99/month (Source: ScreenApp, 2026)
Annual saving: $147.48

If you keep the subscription active for the 3-year card validity, you save roughly $442 on YouTube Premium alone — versus a $5 card issuance fee. The card pays for itself in the first 4 days.

Spotify

Turkey: 49.99 TRY/month (~$1.05 USD)
United States: $11.99/month
Annual saving: $131.28

Netflix

Turkey: Standard tier roughly $4.50 equivalent
United States: Standard tier $17.99
Annual saving: ~$162

Steam regional pricing

Since the November 2023 transition to USD pricing in Turkey, savings on Steam are smaller than they were historically. Most AAA games on Steam Turkey now run roughly 25–35% off US prices rather than the 50–70% discounts that existed before. Worth using if you buy multiple games per year, but not the dramatic saving streaming offers.

The total picture

For a single user running YouTube Premium + Spotify + Netflix Turkey, first-year savings are around $440 against a total Vizovcc card cost of $5 issuance plus reload fees. The card breaks even in roughly two weeks of use.

How the Card Actually Works on a Turkish Platform

Here is what happens at the technical level when you check out on YouTube Premium with our card.

YouTube's payment processor reads the first six digits of your card number — 412199 for our Lira Currency Card. It runs that prefix through Visa's BIN database, which returns: card issued by a Turkish bank institution. YouTube's system then matches that against your selected billing region (Turkey) and the platform's regional pricing rules. The transaction proceeds at the Turkish rate.

If you tried the same with a German Visa, a UAE Mastercard, or a US Capital One card, the BIN lookup would return a non-Turkish issuer and YouTube would either reject the payment or charge you the local rate of your card's issuing country. That is the full mechanic. The "magic" is just our partnership with a Turkish bank that lets us issue cards under their BIN range.

3D Secure 2.0 (3DS2) authentication runs on top of this for security. Every transaction triggers a verification step — the same standard your Turkish bank would use if you held an Akbank or Garanti BBVA card.

How to Get Your Turkish Card in Under 5 Minutes

Step 1 — Sign up (30 seconds)

Go to getvizovcc.com, enter your email, set a password. No documents requested at this stage.

Step 2 — Add Funds (1–3 minutes)

Open the Add Funds section. Choose Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, USDC, Binance Pay, Litecoin, or another supported cryptocurrency. USDT on Tron typically confirms fastest at around 1–2 minutes. Bitcoin can take 10–30 minutes depending on network congestion — if speed matters, use USDT.

Step 3 — Buy the Turkish card (1 minute)

Go to the Cards section, pick the Lira Currency Card or Turkish Mastercard, and complete the purchase. Card details — number, CVV, expiry — appear on your dashboard immediately.

Step 4 — Activation (2 minutes for non-Turkish users)

A one-time activation step applies if you are not a Turkish resident. Our system walks you through it directly in your dashboard.

Step 5 — Start paying

Copy your card details into the YouTube Premium, Trendyol, Steam, or any other platform's payment screen. The transaction processes at the Turkish rate.

Tip: Enable 2FA in your account settings before the first transaction. Takes 60 seconds and is the single most important security step you can take with any virtual card.

Vizovcc vs Traditional Turkish Bank Cards vs Other Providers

If you are weighing our card against opening a Turkish bank account, or comparing us against other Turkish virtual card providers like Oldubil or Gpaynow, here is the honest comparison.

Factor Vizovcc Turkish Card Traditional Turkish Bank Other Virtual Providers
Available to non-residents Yes, from any country No — residency required Sometimes
TCKN (Turkish ID) required No Yes, mandatory Often yes
Application time Under 5 minutes Days to weeks Varies
Branch visit required No Usually yes No
Funded by cryptocurrency Yes No Rarely
Reloadable indefinitely Yes Yes Often single-use only
Genuine Turkish BIN (412199) Yes Yes Frequently non-Turkish BIN
Works on Tier 1 platforms Yes Yes Varies — verify before buying
Cost $5 issuance + crypto deposits Free + minimum deposit Often higher fees
ATM cash withdrawals Optional via physical card Yes Rarely

Note: We focus on serving the non-resident market — users outside Turkey who need a Turkish-BIN card without local documentation. If you are a Turkish citizen with a TCKN, traditional providers may suit you better. If you are anywhere else in the world, we are designed for your situation.

Funding the Card with Crypto

We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (Tron, ERC-20, BEP-20), USDC, Binance Pay, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Dash, and several other cryptocurrencies. Crypto-funded virtual cards have specific advantages:

No bank account anywhere in the chain: your crypto wallet → Vizovcc balance → card → merchant

Privacy: merchants see only your card details, never your funding source or wallet address

Avoid double FX fees: funding with USDT and spending in TRY skips the bank conversion layer

Web3 compatibility: works on NFT marketplaces, DeFi platforms, and crypto exchanges where traditional cards are sometimes restricted

The card also handles non-TRY transactions globally. The Visa or Mastercard network performs real-time conversion for USD, EUR, GBP at standard network rates of 2–5% per transaction.

Where Our Customers Use the Card Most

Three patterns dominate across thousands of users every month:

Streaming subscription savings. The largest use case by volume. Users in the UAE, Germany, the Netherlands, the US, and across the Middle East access Turkish pricing on YouTube Premium, Spotify, Netflix, and Disney+. Annual savings typically range from $300–$600 across multiple subscriptions.

Ad campaign management. Digital marketers running Turkish-language Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns. Turkish-BIN cards have noticeably better account approval rates when the campaign targets Turkey.

Foreigners accessing Turkish digital services. Expats subscribing to Turkish news platforms, freelancers paying Turkish suppliers, and digital nomads paying for local apps that reject foreign payment methods.

✅ vUnique card numbers per card — your main balance is never exposed at merchant level

Real-time transaction alerts sent the moment a payment processes

Custom spending limits controlled from your dashboard

End-to-end encryption under PCI DSS standards

Continuous fraud monitoring flagging unusual patterns 24/7

Biometric authentication supported on Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Honest Limitations — Where Our Card Is Not the Right Fit

We will not pretend our card works for everything.

You need ATM cash withdrawals as your primary use case. Our virtual card is online-only by design. Order our physical Turkish card if you need ATM access.

You are looking for a genuinely free Turkish virtual card. No regulated Turkish bank issues a card with zero fees. The $5 issuance fee covers our partnership cost. Anyone advertising a free card with BIN 412199 is either misleading you or running through an unregulated processor that will not pass merchant BIN checks reliably.

You process more than $5,000/month in B2B transactions. Our consumer card has spending caps that suit individual and small-business users. For higher volumes, contact our support team about enterprise solutions.

You need a physical card delivered overnight. Physical cards take 3–7 business days to ship internationally. The virtual card is instant, but if plastic is the requirement, plan accordingly.

You require a card matching a specific Turkish bank name. Our partner bank issues BIN 412199. If a merchant specifically requires a card from Akbank, Yapı Kredi, or another named bank, our card will not satisfy that named requirement.

FAQ

Does the Vizovcc Turkish virtual card work for YouTube Premium Turkey in 2026?

Yes. Our Turkish Lira Card (BIN 412199) is recognised by YouTube's payment system as a domestic Turkish card, which unlocks the Turkish pricing tier of 79.99 TRY per month (~$1.70 USD) for the individual plan and 49.99 TRY for Premium Lite. We recommend pairing the card with a Turkish Google account and connecting to a Turkish IP during signup for the highest success rate. Once subscribed, the subscription stays active without further VPN use.

Can I use a Turkish virtual card for Steam region change to Turkey in 2026?

Yes, the card pays successfully on Steam Turkey, but worth knowing the context. In November 2023 Valve moved Turkey from Lira pricing to USD pricing under the new MENA-USD region. Turkey is no longer the cheapest Steam region — Ukraine and Pakistan now undercut it for most titles. Most AAA games still get a 25–35% regional discount in Turkey versus US prices, so savings exist but are smaller than before 2023.

How do I buy a Turkish virtual credit card without a Turkish ID (TCKN)?

We do not require a TCKN at any point. Sign up at getvizovcc.com with just your email, fund your account with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, USDC, or others), and purchase the Turkish Lira Card or Turkish Mastercard from your dashboard. A one-time activation step takes about 2 minutes for non-Turkish users. The total process from signup to active card takes under 5 minutes for most users.

What is BIN 412199 and why does it matter for Turkish merchants?

BIN 412199 is the first six digits of our Turkish Lira Card. It identifies the card as issued by a Turkish bank institution via the Visa network. Turkish merchants and platforms — including YouTube, Spotify, Trendyol, Getir, and Hepsiburada — read these six digits to confirm a payment card has Turkish origin. BIN 412199 passes those checks identically to a card from Garanti BBVA or Akbank, even when the cardholder is located outside Turkey.

How much can I save annually using a Turkish virtual card for streaming subscriptions?

For a user subscribing to YouTube Premium, Spotify, and Netflix at Turkish rates instead of US rates, annual savings come to roughly $440. YouTube Premium alone saves approximately $147 per year ($1.70/month vs $13.99/month). Over the 3-year validity of our card, total streaming savings can exceed $1,300 versus a $5 card issuance fee plus crypto deposit costs.

How does Vizovcc compare to Oldubil or Gpaynow Turkish virtual credit cards?

Oldubil and Gpaynow are Turkey-based services that primarily target Turkish residents and typically require Turkish documentation. We focus on the non-resident market — users in 180+ countries who need a Turkish-BIN card without TCKN, residency, or KYC verification. If you are Turkish with local documentation, those providers may suit you. If you are outside Turkey or do not have Turkish ID, we are built for your situation.

Is there a difference between a Turkish virtual debit card and a Turkish virtual credit card?

At the merchant level, none. Both cards carry the same BIN structure and pass the same merchant BIN checks. The technical difference is that our cards draw from a preloaded balance like a debit card but work at any merchant accepting Visa or Mastercard credit cards. You will see Vizovcc cards described as both — that is intentional, because they function as either depending on how you use them.

Is there a genuinely free Turkish virtual card?

No regulated Turkish bank issues a free card with a real Turkish BIN. We charge a $5 issuance fee to cover the cost of our Turkish bank partnership, and the card comes preloaded with $100 to $115 of usable balance. Any provider advertising a completely free Turkish card with BIN 412199 or another genuine Turkish prefix is either misleading you or operating without a legitimate bank partnership — meaning the card will likely fail merchant BIN checks.
